Let me be real - for a long time, I thought 'training to failure' just meant pushing yourself until your body gave out. And honestly? At first, that’s exactly what I did. But over time (and after a few injuries, pains and burnout cycles), I started to really pay attention - not just to how hard I was training, but to what my body was actually getting out of it. That’s when I began to understand what training to failure really means and how to use it the right way for growth, without completely destroying recovery.
