Hi, I’m Saša, a woman in her mid-40s, a mom, a wife, and a regular human figuring life out one day at a time.
This is my journey. These are the echoes of my soul.
A few years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was burnt out, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I had lost touch with myself. But when the world paused during the early days of Covid, I found a moment of stillness that changed everything. I began tuning back into my body, my mind, and my heart. I started small, choosing nourishment over restriction, movement over punishment, and presence over perfection.
What began as a physical reset turned into a deeper transformation.
I wasn’t chasing a certain look anymore, I was building a lifestyle rooted in strength, softness, and self-respect.
Today, I move my body in ways that feel good. I eat well, rest deeply, and honour myself with intention and care. And I share it all here, not to present a perfect life, but to offer honest encouragement for yours.
This space is about the small, everyday habits that make a big difference.
It’s about real wellness, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It’s about embracing who we are, gently and unapologetically.
With a background in Physical Education and a BSc (Hons) in ITM (UK), I’ve always loved movement, health, and natural living. But lately, my curiosity has deepened into self-love, relationships, intimacy, and the quiet rituals that make life fuller and richer.
