How Discipline Helped Me Meet a Version of Myself I Didn’t Know Existed

There was a time when making space for my health felt, hmm - impossible. Life was busy. My energy was scattered. And workouts? They were always the thing I meant to do but kept pushing to 'tomorrow.' or at least 'not having a proper plan'. But at some point, I stopped waiting for the perfect moment. I started small - just showing up. One workout, one walk, one decision at a time. And slowly, something changed. Discipline didn’t just improve my body. It introduced me to a stronger, clearer, more grounded version of myself - one I didn’t even know was in there.
