My pillars

I began my journey (more intensely when all the Covid momentum started) by being more aware of the food I put in my body, intuitively just eating more whole foods and exercise regularly. I also changed my focus from long cardio classes to more weight lifting all based and surrounded in the comfort of my own home. And this thought me a lot about myself. Having opportunity to focus on myself only, without any distraction from the outside world.

At first all I wanted was to see if could take my body to the next level, but now I want more or let's just say, I want to keep advancing it and maintain the current.

So I started researching and learning a lot about it (overall healthy lifestyle, body and mind connection, etc.) and the rest is history.

All I can say is I have had such success with this lifestyle of mine and I do not starve or train to death. To me, being strong, building muscle, to love my body and embrace myself fully has (without a doubt) changed my body and mind, but the most obvious thing to me is that I feel better now than I did in my early 20s!

Simple as that.

I invite you to follow my overall journey and 'sneak peek' into my dailies that might help you too, to overcome any life struggles.

And remember, you can either step on your own journey and start now, or fail in a boat full of excuses!

You have a choice.

Time is now.

Find confidence through exercise. Embrace life. Be the best version of yourself.

The concept of pillars of my life provides me a framework for building a meaningful and successful life journey with (potentially) fewer problems and more achievements. They are the foundational areas and aspects of life, each of which plays a critical role in my personal development.

I invite you to discover the power of healing properties of consistent workouts, embracing the path to nourish your body and fully adapt to your new life filled with freedom, strong body and stronger frame of mind.
