Green Smoothie

My green goddess smoothie

A GENTLE START OF THE DAY

A fresh, grounding blend I come back to when I want something light, nourishing, and gentle.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup watercress microgreens

  • ½ apple

  • ¼ cup fresh baby spinach

  • 1 tsp fresh peppermint, finely chopped

  • A few fresh coconut pieces

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 cup flax milk or coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp macadamia nuts

  • A light sprinkle of matcha powder

Blend until smooth and enjoy slowly.
