Let's get started.
Before You Start
Before you begin, make sure your sprouting jar and hands are clean.
Different seed varieties expand at different rates during germination. Using the correct amount of seeds helps ensure good airflow, healthy growth and consistent results.

Step 1 · Soak
Add the recommended amount of seeds to your sprouting jar.
Cover the seeds with fresh drinking water until they are fully submerged and leave them to soak for 8–12 hours, or overnight.

Step 2 · Drain
Drain the soaking water completely.
Place the jar upside down at an angle to allow any remaining water to drain while maintaining good airflow.
Step 3 · Rinse
Rinse the sprouts thoroughly with fresh drinking water once or twice a day.
Drain well after each rinse before returning the jar to its draining position.
Repeat this process daily until your sprouts are ready to harvest.

Step 4 · Harvest & Enjoy
Most sprouts are ready to harvest within 2–10 days, depending on the variety.
Give them a final rinse, allow them to drain well, then enjoy them fresh in salads, sandwiches, wraps or your favourite meals.
Store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator and enjoy them within a few days for the best flavour and freshness.
