Growing something from seed has become another way I slow down and reconnect with what truly matters.

Not because I have to. Not because I'm trying to be perfect. But because there's something deeply satisfying about nurturing life, watching it grow and bringing fresh nourishment into my home.

Over time, I've realised that growing your own food isn't just about what ends up on your plate. It's about creating small daily rituals that remind us to be present, patient and connected to the process.
